We will come to you! When you arrive at DAP, one of our staff members will head out to the parking lot to greet you and take care of transferring your dog(s) from your car into the building. In order for this to go smoothly, please have your dog leashed and ready for us. Also, please limit “gear” to one hardness OR collar and a secure, fixed leash per dog in an effort to reduce handling for our staff members.
Also, please let us know if your dog has food allergies! As we open your car door we will offer treats as we introduce them to this new experience. We hope they will remember us, but we want them to love us even in our new masks!
When you’re arriving to pick up your tuckered-out friend, either send us a text when you’re a few minutes away or call when you arrive. Now is a great time to save both of these numbers in your phone if you haven’t already:

Lastly, while we are limited to curbside service we will be taking payments via phone and prior to pickup only. For your convenience and ours, we highly recommend using our prepayment option. Any amount paid beyond your invoiced amount is automatically credited to your account. Prepayments never expire and make future reservations and checkouts quick and easy.
